RETURN & REFUND POLICY

SOFT GOAT gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in original condition with all original tags and packaging attached.

Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, washing, alterations, or damage will not be accepted for return.


RETURN WINDOW

Eligible U.S. orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after the 14-day return window may not be accepted.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Items must be returned in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


RETURN SHIPPING

A $15 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be submitted through our return request process and accurately reflect the item(s) being returned.

We are not responsible for lost returns shipped using unauthorized carriers or labels.

If returning multiple orders, we recommend shipping each order separately to avoid delays or issues with processing.


RETURN PROCESSING & REFUND TIMELINE

Returns are typically processed within 7–14 business days after arriving at our warehouse.

During high-volume periods, processing times may take up to 30 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed and your refund has been issued.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only within 5–10 business days after your return has been approved.

Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided via email.


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All products are carefully inspected before shipment.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Do not return defective items before contacting customer support.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, washing, or accidental damage are not considered defective.


UNREASONABLE RETURNS

SOFT GOAT reserves the right to refuse returns, limit future orders, or deactivate accounts if unusual or excessive return activity is detected.

Examples may include:

  • Excessive return frequency
  • Returning large quantities repeatedly
  • Suspected abuse of the return policy

If you believe a restriction has been applied in error, please contact customer support for review.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale items, gift cards, accessories, and products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

No exceptions.
